I regret to inform you that on a physical level he is, overall, a living human being.

[Do they know this because they murdered him back in April? Maybe. (Yes.) For a dead boy, he certainly bleeds out like a mortal.]

Though speaking as a corpse myself, I wouldn't be surprised if he'd been dead at some point.
